Einmal wurde ein Tool zuerst für Windows veröffentlicht, nun kommt es auch für Mac.

Here is the long awaited “QuickPwn” for Mac OS X. You’ll see a similarity to the user-interface of PwnageTool, this is because of the great feedback we’ve had since we moved to that interface with PwnageTool 2.x.

QuickPwn is not a replacement for PwnageTool, they are different tools and provide different features, QuickPwn is for quickly pwning a device, whereas PwnageTool is designed to custom build and tailor the ipsw production process, both tools will be actively developed in the future.

Darauf haben alle heute abend gewartet. Viel muss ich jetzt auch nicht mehr dazu sagen:

• QuickPwn Support für 2.0/2.0.1/2.0.2

• Root partition Einstell support

• Installer support

• Basic / Expert modes

• Automatischer Updater

• Support für WinXP and Vista 32/64bit

Wichtige Notizen:

• Ihr müsst vorher WinPwn 1/2 komplett löschen
• Achtung Beta Software (Benutzung auf eigene Gefahr)
• Ihr braucht die letzte / neuste Version von iTunes

Anleitung folgt, wenn überhaupt nötig, da es sehr einfach gestaltet ist dank dem Basic Mode. Wenn ihr ein fortgeschrittener User seid könnt ihr auch den Expert Mode nehmen, um euere Firmware zu bauen. Mit Quickpwn pwned ihr euer iPhone ohne einen Restore.
